OCT 2009 UPDATES
Trimming the fat a little and putting these pages together. Haven't been to alot of digs over the page few months.
The lease is now closed and we are hitting the paydig camp every chance that we get

There is a new page coming of pictures from the end of from
Nov 2009 from Our old place and Nacho's paydig as well. Soon!

Oct 9, 2009 - Here are some pictures from a visit to TJ's "Pipe Creek"

Screening at TJ's was pretty fun - Haven't been on a screen table in months! Had to remember how to work the dirt!
here is my first find. Corner was broken in antiquity not from me! Nice little point though!

"Guy Cuccio" brought a dozen diggers to with him from Texas and Louisiana for today's dig.
Guy gets groups of arrowhead hunters together and does all the ground work to get them all to a digsite together.
He does all the leg work, and gets groups together for digs. If you would like to contact Guy to get a group dig together
contact him through this email and he will surely get things together for you and take pictures too! Gcuccio@cox.net .

Hal was camera shy - (probably just to dirty for the picture) Hal found a nice Friday Blade from a screen
table full of some good looking fire rock. TJ is in the pictures below showing what dirt the  load came from.

Last Days of the lease!

Hal was visiting the lease and got a few out of there.. Its about done, but there
are still a few supprises here and there to uncover.

Hal found this beauty! Its THIN as all get out and sharp edges like you wouldn't believe.
Its got great patina, but the edge is as shark now as the day it was made! Beautiful!

Here is one that got Hal's black little heart a pumpkin! It had a crazy 1/2 chunk out of the side though!

With the rains that we have had - Its still some pretty muddy digging. Gotta tarp this
sticky stuff pretty far back or you just bring it all back in the hole stuck to you shoes!

The Hal man playing with the holloween spiders at the neighbors on the way out off the ranch.
I am sure they were thinking "" WHy the heck is this old dude in my yard" !
